Cancellation & Deposit Policy

Our treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 30% of service booked. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged 30% of the service booked. Please inform us if you are running late. However, please be aware that late arrivals may result in reduced or cancelled service. When you schedule your appointment,you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card deposit to guarantee a reservation. Deposits will go towards your booked service. No shows or less than 24 hour notice of cancellation will result in loss of deposit.
